With a highly experienced team, we represent Clients in situations that range from Tribunals and County Courts, up to the High Court.

Possession — Fixed Fees

£495 plus VAT* — for preparing court papers and obtaining Possession orders.

£50 plus VAT — preparing Section 21 notices.

£80 plus VAT — preparing Section 8 notices for rent arrears.

*This rate only applies when the accelerated possession procedure is used and the matter is undefended so that it is dealt with without the need for a hearing.
