Civil Mediation

You might be an individual or a large business, and you are in dispute. You feel the way forward may be to have a sensible discussion with the other party, but communication seems difficult or even impossible. Our civil mediation service is there to help you. An experienced mediator will initially help you to exchange information and ultimately even to discuss matters directly, with your opposite number. Discussions are ‘off the record’ and not repeatable in court; nothing is binding unless written down and signed by both parties. You are in control. Nearly all civil disputes (that is most arguments not relating to the commission of a crime) can be resolved by mediation, which can often save you stress, time and money.
