    Vernon Hadida – Partner & Head of Dispute Resolution Team

    After a successful career in engineering, Vernon trained as a Solicitor in the City of London. He qualified in 1991 and joined Thomas Dunton in 1992.

    Through the Court and through mediation, Vernon is experienced in the resolution of a wide range of commercial disputes, as well as those involving employment, personal injury, property and debt.

    He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a Chartered Physicist.

    Vernon is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, The Law Society Civil Justice Section, The Law Society Law Management section and the Society for Computers & Law.

    Jonathan HainesJonathan Haines – Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

    Jonathan qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2006 and is part of our Dispute Resolution Group.

    He has been practicing law at Thomas Dunton since 2001 specialising in Employment, Housing and Insolvency-related matters. Prior to that, he pursued a career for 15 years in the Travel Industry.

    Chinedu Orogbu – Solicitor

    Chinedu is dual qualified to practise in Nigeria and England & Wales.  He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors (England & Wales) in 2008, having previously been called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999.

    He specialises in Housing and Civil Litigation and is currently the Housing Supervisor in the Dispute Resolution Group.  He also undertakes works in relation to Commercial Property.

    Jayshree Patel

    Jayshree is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Group; she qualified in 2003, joining Thomas Dunton in 2011. Whilst having some wider experience, Jayshree specialises in Personal Injury. She has also taught the Legal Practice Course (which all solicitors need to pass to qualify) at BPP Law School, in particular the modules Personal Injury and Civil Litigation.

    Robert Sardo – Solicitor

    Robert is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Group. A graduate of London and Oxford Universities, he qualified as a Solicitor in 1992, joining Thomas Dunton in 2004.

    Robert specialises in Personal Injury, Employment and Contested Inheritance work, and undertakes a wide range of other contentious matters.

    He has Senior Litigator Approved Status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and is an Approved Member of the Law Society’s Specialist Personal Injury Panel.
