Business Administration Apprentice

We are looking for a proactive, energetic and enthusiastic apprentice to assist in our family law department with archiving, photocopying and updating tasks on the computer. There will also be some typing of documents/letters as well as other ad hoc tasks.

You must be confident and able to deal with potentially difficult situations as well as remaining calm and sensitive to the needs of others. You will be well presented and well spoken, diplomatic, patient and sensitive in emotional situations. Common sense and initiative is a must, along with a good telephone manner.

You must have four GCSEs grades A to C, including Maths and English.
Experience in an office environment and general admin duties is desired, along with being able to prioritise and work under pressure. Attention to detail and client confidentiality is a requirement.
