The first two talks covering Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and advice following the Government’s new proposals on care home fees were held at Biggin Hill and Orpington Libraries. An lively audience of approx 30 people at both venues said they found the talks very helpful and enjoyed Melanie Dunton’s informal but informative style of presentation.

As we were unable to accommodate everyone for the Orpington talk on 19th March, we have arranged another at short notice on 3rd April.

The next talks are:

Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney– Orpington Library on Wednesday 3rd April at 11.00am.

Starting again in later years — Orpington Library on Tuesday 23rd April at 11.00am and will include:

• Considerations when sharing a home to save on household expenses

• How remarrying can affect your pensions or benefits

• The importance of a new Will when divorcing or remarrying

The talks last approximately 30 minutes after which Thomas Dunton, solicitors, will be available to advise you on related questions without any obligation.

There is no need to reserve a place, just come and join us on the day.
