Figures from the Ministry of Justice show a staggering increase in the number of sexual discrimination cases in the workplace last year. A reported 70% increase, which equates to 9,340 cases, compared with 520 the previous year. Overall however, only three in ten cases resolved in a employment tribunial were successful. This raises the question of whether the cases bought again employers are valid.
