The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) have called for employers to publish their action plans to tackle the gender pay gap.  Currently this is not mandatory and it comes after only one in five employers have drawn up a plan to tackle wage disparities.  Disappointingly, only 11% have set themselves targets that would enable them to measure progress of their plans year on year. In an effort to drive change and address these inequalities, the Commission have drawn up recommendations for employers on what to include in their action plans.  The full report can be found by clicking here:
