A cleaner, who provided domestic help and also a worked as a carer for her employer, before his death in 2015 has won her legal battle to overturn his Will. After being estranged from his family in 2013, the deceased amended his Will, leaving most of his estate to the cleaner. A few days before his death, however, two docments were executed which disinherited the lady, with the estate being left to deceased’s nephew and daughter.

The High Court however ruled that the deceased lacked the mental capacity to make the second Will.
