Sandhurst Personal Injury case thrown out of court

A personal injury case has been thrown out of court. The case involved a lady who was injured after drunkenly riding a rickshaw at a charity ball held a Sandhurst military college, and then suing for £50,000 in compensation. The Judge commented that:

“She is a big girl now, she can decide what she wants to do and if an injury occurs, that is her problem, not Sandhurst’s.”
