The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’’ July report shows the UK house market as ‘flatlining’. 69% of property professionals said that properties over £1m were not reaching their sale price.

Halifax also issued their July report that showed that house prices were ‘treading water’. The static market is thought to be a reaction to political uncertainty.
