One hundred of the UK’s leading female business heads are launching an initiative #MeTooPay as they aim to close the gender pay gap in this country.

Dame Minouche Shafik (Bank of England), Emma Walmsely (GlaxoSmihKline) and Dame Moya Greene (former Royal Mail chief) are all behind the campaign. The website aims to ‘share good and bad polices in action’ and will strive to help women achieve better salary deals. Recent research shows that women are still being paid less than men for the same job.

If you find yourself in this position and are not being paid the same amount as your male colleagues for the same role, please call us to find out how we can help.
